Registration to attend: Aronhiatékha / Rotiwennakehte Elementary School or Ratihen:te High School for the 2010/2011 school year.
Register with Student Services at the Kanehsatà:ke Education Center, located at 14 Joseph Swan Road. The Deadline is March 31st, 2010.

Condition of Admission
- Nursery children must be 4 years old by September 30, 2010.
- Kindergarten children must be 5 years old by September 30, 2010.
Required Documents
Please check below and make sure you have all the necessary documents needed:
- Birth Certificate
- Medical book – Record of Immunizations
- A valid Medicare card number and its expiry date
- Proof of residency (Photocopy of Band card, front and back, or a letter from the Indian Registry Administrator of the Mohawk Council of Kanehsatake
- Download and fill out the Student Registration Form: 93-2014, at right (if you require assistance, please call us)
- Download and fill out the Medical Form: 93-2013, at right (if you require assistance, please call us)
- Last report card from previous school (if transferring)
- Last school withdrawal form (if transferring)
- Any assessments
- Academic
- Psycho-educational
- Psychosocial
- Individual Educational Plan (IEP)
- Any contracts (i.e. behavioral, attendance, etc…)
School Transportation
Students that benefit from school transportation live on the pre-determined bus route. Students are transported by: school bus, mini-bus or van depending on the route. The transportation department will advise parents by mail of the schedule in August.
Registration
Forms will be given to students already attending our schools to register for next year.

Dear Parent / Guardian
This year children attending High School will be issued a student attendance allowance on the following dates:
December 15th & May 15th
To qualify for a cheque, you must send us a copy of your report card. Please mail or drop-off a copy at the Education Center.
No cheque will be issued until we have your report card, Term 1 & Term 3.

As usual cheques will be deducted if the total of absence is of 12% or more.
